    A spec home is a fully custom home built by MDR for future sale, showcasing our architecture, design quality, and construction standards. These homes highlight modern floor plans, energy-efficient materials, and finishes selected to appeal to discerning Lake Oswego and Portland buyers.

  • Can I tour one of your recent builds?
